! New US laws ! Please note for US shipments

 Effective August 29, 2025, there will no longer be a de minimis exemption for goods entering the United States, which means more items shipped to the US may now be subject to tariffs.

New customs rules: small parcels from abroad may now get a 15% tariff payment or a new flat $80 fee (during first 6 months of this change).

Please note that I'll continue to ship to the US, both on my shop and Etsy 

EDIT: Due to EU postal services suspending shipment to the US I will only be able to ship

flat items !!!

For orders with flat items

​

This includes stickers, postcards, prints (even A3 prints are ok) and bookmarks as I send them as letters: these are the safest and usually pass without extra charges (this can include orders with 1 pin,1 charm or 1 standee with or without prints I can still pass them as letter)

For this option there is a lower chance that you will be asked to pay either the 15% fees or the fixed 80$ fee from USPS.

 

For larger orders (2+ pins, standees or charms and bulkier items)

Due to french postal services suspending the shipment of goods to the US I won't be able to ship bigger orders for the time being ! So any order with several charms, pins or standees for the US will have to be cancelled for now.​

Shipping to France can take 3 to 4 business days using Standart Shipping. International orders may take from 5 to 15 business days, depending if you are ordering from inside or outside of Europe. I can't guarantee these shipping times, but I'll do my best to send your orders the faster I can and send you a tracking number to follow your order on:

CUSTOMS

Orders sent out of the EU will have a customs label attached. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel an order please let me know as soon as possible. If the order hasn't been dispatched I can send you a refund. If it has been dispatched please see the below Returns policy.

RETURNS

If you would like to return your items, please get in touch with me as soon as possible. As long as I receive the goods back in the same condition they were sent and within 30 days I can process a refund or exchange depending on the stock left. To return your item, please contact me first. The shipping costs for returns are in the responsability of the costumer.​
